To kick-start the discussion, KLM created a blog called “The Future is Back.” To lend credibility, we found a chief blogger who could successfully take on the role of “Mainframe Storage Guru.”

Every two weeks, the “Guru” posts updates that invite responses and encourage community interaction. As the blog gets updated, the “Guru” sends out posting notifications along with a few industry tidbits or technical insights.
