KLM helped Sun identify the people who were most likely to join their community. We looked to enterprise organizations running mainframe storage products from companies that are now part of Sun Microsystems and included them. It was also easy to identify people who eager for more information and had had opted in to receiving more communications directly from Sun. And as the community provides a global forum for all manner of mainframe storage, not just Sun, enterprise organizations running any type of mainframe storage products were targeted and invited, too.
